How DermaWand Works
To tell you the truth, DermaWand type products have been around for years, only, skin care professionals were the only ones who had access to them.
DermaWand is the first of these products to be released to the general public and just like any new fad, it has been hyped up immensely. The question is...does it actually work?
Electric pulses produced by the device stimulate the tiny muscles in your face to give your face a more revitalized, youthful look.
It's a little hard to get your head around, but imagine 168,000 of your own tiny masseuses working on each of the muscle fibres on your face in tandom. This is the whole approach designed years ago hasn't stopped being one of the most successfull anti-aging techniques on record.
There's also a thermal effect produced by the gentle current that helps to tighten and tone drooping skin around the eyes. That combined with DermaWands ability to smooth out fine lines and rinkles by the same vibrational effects has allowed this method to become go to device in the Skin Care industry.
The Pros
The best thing about DermaWand is definitely its ability to get instant results. After using the wand for 3 minutes, you'll immediately start to see a decline in rinkle appearance and a huge boost in skin tone(that was the most noticable change for me).
Another huge benefit I worked out, was the huge cost saving that is involved when replacing expensive creams and lotions with a one time product that basically does the exact same thing. Since using the wand(few months back I made the switch), I worked out that I was spending $40/month on skin care products and I've actually paid back the initial cost of the DermaWand.
The costs associated with skin Care nowadays is getting a little out of hand, therefore the biggest plus for me was the end of paying for items month after month.
The Cons
In terms of any issues related to the DermaWand, possibly the only thing I could think of is the time taken to use the device. You got to use it daily and it's not as fast as a regular lotion where you just rub it into your skin.
You need to take a little extra time with the DermaWand, but in the end it's not actually that long in the whole scheme of things, 10 minutes/day maybe, depending on how stubborn your rinkles are.
My Opinion
If you're seriously considering some kind of drastic measure to bring back your old youthful skin(ie expensive botox injections), then I would suggest trying out the DermaWand.
Let's face it, there's no miracle cure out there, not yet at least! So all we can really do is maintain our appearance by incorporating in some kind of daily task. This is why the DermaWand is so handy. In a way, it's the best option for keeping you looking younger until those scientists can come up with some kind of genetical miracle tablet(or something along those lines).
I'm sticking to the Dermawand, the main reason being, because I'm sick and tired of forking out money every month for annoying lotions which I'm sure are bad for me in some way!
